Do a complete second coat and let that dry. Be patient and apply light coats. One the baseboards where I was trying to cover black with snow white the brush flowed paint on with thorough coverage.
The foam brush holds less paint so you may have to use more coats to achieve coverage. Now you finally get to paint your dresser. Instead you want a small high density foam roller.
